We have probably all experienced our pets returning home with various cuts or scratches - Especially if you own a dog! These are normally occurred during outside activities or from social interaction with other animals and if not dealt with quickly, can lead to risk of infection.
The Vetericyn Plus Hydrogel Spray uses a specially formulated gel to create a protective barrier, designed to adhere to the wound area. The thicker consistency causes the product to stay in place, which is useful for dressings, hard to reach locations, post-surgical sites and wound beds helping to set the optimal environment to encourage for healing.
Using hypochlorous technology, Vetericyn Plus Hydrogel has been formulated at an appropriate pH level so that it will not burn or sting, making application easier and less distressing for your pet.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Move excess hair from wound area, clip if necessary
- Shake well before using, adjust spray nozzle & saturate the affected area
- If dressing is required, saturate dressing at each dressing change.
- Repeat 3-4 times per day until wound is healed.
No rinsing is necessary as this is designed to stick to the site of application and evaporate slowly, no need to wipe away film or residue.
Best to use as soon as possible, after the wound appears and faster healing can be achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist.
