All of these yoghurts are lactose free, low in calories, Rich in calcium and full of vitamins and minerals including Niacin which helps with energy metabolism and maintenance of skin, nerves, and hair. And Vitamin A which encourages healthy bone and tooth development, vision, immunity and tissue integrity.
