Produced by Wilsons in their Scottish factories, their Cold Pressed Food promotes healthy digestion and improves skin, coat and immune system. Gently pressed at a lower temperature, Cold Pressed breaks down a lot quicker in your dog’s stomach unlike extruded foods, this means it won’t cause any bloating and is much easier to digest.
This grain free complete meal is packed full of flavour and ingredients with many of their own health benefits, including chicken, kale, turmeric and ginger. The main ingredient is a popular canine favourite, delicious chicken, known for promoting healthy bones and is also a great source of energy for all those active dogs out there. Kale supports the heart and bones, turmeric supports the joints and immune system, whilst ginger calms the stomach and is a natural anti-inflammatory, ideal for dogs with arthritis. With added herbs and vegetables such as sweet potato which contains vitamin A and promotes healthy eyesight.
All of these natural ingredients are also hypoallergenic which makes this food ideal for dogs who experience any allergies, intolerances or sensitivities.
If your dog enjoys more of a wet food consistency, you have the option to mix some lukewarm water with the pellets, let it sit for 5 minutes and then stir to create a delicious gravy-like paste. Remember to remove any uneaten food after 20 minutes.

Cold pressed food is nutritionally more dense, so Wilsons advise to feed around 30% less than traditional kibble, making sure not to over feed.
When introducing for the first time, make sure you switch over to this food gradually, pet nutritionists recommend feeding smaller amounts of Wilsons Cold Pressed in the first few days and mixed in with the previous food. Do this over the course of 10 days and then gradually increase the amount of Wilsons whilst serving less of the old food.
